  • Fresh black currants – 150 g
  • Dried rosehips – 30 g
  • Sugar – 100 g (to taste)
  • Water – 1.5 l

Step-by-Step Preparation Process:

1. Preparation of Ingredients (5 minutes):

  • Wash the black currants thoroughly under cold water to remove dirt and pesticide residues.
  • Sort the dried rosehips, rinse them, and then you can slightly crush them to help release their beneficial substances into the drink.

2. Cooking (20 minutes):
