• All your publications are automatically linked to your profile and displayed both on your personal author page and in the relevant thematic sections of the website, allowing users to find and use them for educational and informational purposes.
• An author may edit or delete their publications through the personal account, but all actions are subject to moderation.

  2.2. Anonymous publications

• If a publication is submitted anonymously through a form on the website, the rights to it are considered transferred to the website, and the website may use such materials for publication and display in thematic sections.
• The website owners may edit, structure, or format anonymous materials for user convenience while preserving their original meaning.

  2.3. Comments and rating

• Any registered user may leave comments on publications (articles, recipes, posts, stories).

• Each publication contains a «PS DRINKS CRAFT-S» tab where community members may supplement the material with new information related to the topic, observations, or clarifications.
• The original text of the author remains unchanged. Additions are displayed separately and are subject to moderation.
• If an addition is submitted by a registered author, it is considered their own content with corresponding copyright.
• Community members may add useful clarifications, tips, observations, or facts related to the publication topic using the form under the “Clarify / Add” button on the publication page.

  2.5. Photos and videos

• Each publication may include photographs and videos, including videos from YouTube.
• The author of a publication may attach their own media files or materials from other users if they are relevant to the topic.
• Videos uploaded by the author are marked with a special indicator to distinguish them from materials added by community members.
• The use of the YouTube video player is permitted by the platform and does not violate copyright.
• Community members may add their own photos and videos to a publication, but all materials are subject to moderation to ensure they comply with the publication topic and website rules.

  2.6. Commercial use

• Any use of website materials for commercial purposes requires permission from the website owners or consent from the author (if the material is registered under their name).
• Website materials may be used by other users solely for educational, informational, or personal purposes without violating copyright.

  2.7. Restrictions

• You may use a fictitious nickname or name, but you are required to provide a valid and current email address during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and password secure. It is recommended to store your access data safely and not share it with third parties.
• All actions performed using your account are considered to have been carried out by you. If you notice that any actions or publications were made under your name not by you, please notify us immediately via the feedback form or the contact information on the website.
• The website owners reserve the right to restrict access or block an account in case of violations of the site rules or applicable law.

  3.2. Users

When registering as a user, you have the ability to:

• subscribe and unsubscribe from news and newsletters;
• save and manage a personal bookmarks page with selected articles and publications;
• manage passwords and personal information through your personal account;
• receive personal information about your account via email;
• export personal data in JSON format for transfer to other websites;
• anonymize personal data in your account (with email confirmation);
• delete your account and all associated data (with email confirmation).

Users may leave comments, rate publications, and participate in discussions, but are not permitted to publish articles under their own name.

  3.3. Authors

When registering as an author, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information and gain the ability to:

• create a personal page with information about yourself or your company;
• publish any information about yourself in your personal account and on your profile page, and modify it as needed;
• publish articles, recipes, notes, and other materials that are automatically attached to your profile.

Authors retain copyright to their publications. All author materials are displayed on their personal page as well as in relevant thematic sections of the website.

  3.4. Partners

Partners are a special category of participants, access to which is granted exclusively based on an individual agreement after a personal discussion of the format and terms of participation.

Registration through the standard website form for partners is not available. To obtain partner status, you must contact the website administration via the feedback page or by email at admin@craft-s.pro.

Partner capabilities, including content placement, brand integration, and other forms of participation, are discussed individually and formalized through a separate agreement.

  3.5. Additional provisions

• The website owners reserve the right to change account functionality, as well as expand or limit the capabilities of Users, Authors, and Partners, with mandatory notification of such changes.
• You are required to use your account in accordance with the website rules and respect the rights of other community members.

4. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY

Users are required to use the website lawfully, respectfully, and taking into account the interests of other community members.

The website serves as a platform for sharing knowledge, experience, and opinions. Materials published by users and authors may reflect personal experience, subjective opinion, or author interpretation.
